Biscuits
Mr. Oka is a music teacher. In midsummer, he was walking near the Cape Ashizuri and getting tired gradually. His progress became slower, and then his company members left him behind. But an hour later, he has recovered his energy to pass others again. The members wondered and ask him why. Then, he told such a story.
When Mr. Oka was walking along on a sandy beach, a bathing sophomore girl of elementary school stopped him,
 "Please let me entertain you."
Children up from the sea came to take some biscuits on their sheet. However, on the verge of giving the biscuits with wet hands to Mr. Oka, she tumbled by her foot taken in the sand. Mr. Oka was gifted a biscuits with sand. Therefore, he felt he was taught by the children. He is a teacher, so he had thought teaching children is his work, though centrally he had learned from children. He learned getting kind words when one was tired let him/her recovering immediately.

Kindness and consideration teaches us important fact beyond the positions and titles.
